Well, I’ve got a camera, and I’ve got a kitchen, so I might as well start a food blog.
It’ll be vegetarian, it’ll be pretty seasonal. I’m an American living in Bulgaria and have been here for a year and a half but I’ll be going back to the U.S. in the summer. If you’re reading this, I’m excited, because it means that you’re interested in listening to my thoughts on food and cooking. Hopefully I’ll have some interesting ones.

Hello Lauren,
I have the opportunity to read about donors while at work and before dinner and I’ll tell you I’m salivating. How do you pronounce “donors”? Sounds like Donuts? looks more like Seiten. I hope to hear more about it when you’re in Asheville this summer. Paul

Lauren, I love your blog. Your Mom sent it to me to read. Your writing style is wonderful. Better than anything I’ve read from any professional food writer. Keep up the good work. Carole

Oh my gosh, every single one of your recipes looks delicious! I’m so glad to have found your blog, and I’m definitely bookmarking it. Should i do the chocolate cake, or the gingerbread first?? Decisions, decisions…
Have a safe trip back to the states and hopefully, an uneventful move with nothing lost!

Dear Lauren,
I stumbled upon your blog by chance, and I honestly have to say I love it. It is original as well as vegetarian and seasonal. All morning I have sat in front of the computer and read through all your posts and salivated at the recipes. Your write beautifully and with honestly. This is definately going to be one of my favourite food blogs.
