I love quinoa, I love carob, and I haven't had a waffle in years, mostly because I don't eat gluten and I don't own a waffle iron to make my own. It is hard to come across a gluten free waffle out in the world. I need to buy a waffle iron, and make a batch of these waffles. I can't eat cow dairy or eggs either, so I'll be altering this recipe quite a bit - but it makes for great inspiration!

Hi--
Just found your blog through a link to mine and am so glad I did! So many of your recipes appeal to me.

These waffles sound fabulous. I love both carob and quinoa. If you're looking for more unusual ways to use quinoa, I just did a series of recipes including an apple-quinoa cake .
