		<description><![CDATA[Sunchokes are dead simple to grow in your backyard. Just try to stop them! We put them into a plastic trash can sunk to its rim in the garden, to contain their tendency to roam. If you do that, once they&#039;re established, you&#039;ll want  to harvest roots regularly, or they will cement themselves into an impenetrable mass of rhizomes that you&#039;ll have to chop out with an axe. Also, nota bene, though J. artichokes are edible uncooked, and make a crunchy addition to salads, they are shockingly gassy. A few, uncooked, are a delight. More than a few are a biohazard.

also, thanks for offering to post me some black sesame seeds, it&#039;s awfully kind of you :) i managed to find an online japanese shop that sells em and it&#039;s not too expensive although delivery might b a tad of a rip-off. once again, you&#039;re too kind :) 

great soup...could do with a bowl of that because it&#039;s cold and rainy today.
