that looks great. i can imagine dry yoghurt to be something almost like creme fraiche? or ricotta cheese? in terms of texture??

yum. i love to sweeten and flavor fresh ricotta for dessert, so i bet this would also be tasty. i was thinking greek yogurt as well.

This sounds fantastic. I love chocolate and yogurt so I think I’d like this dessert too. I totally agree about yogurt with gelatin, I never quite understood the point and it tastes so artificial.

I love yogurt and eat it everyday. But, I’ve never tried a dry yogurt before. I’ll have to give it a try. Yummy!
