These looked so good I had to try them! Because I love Matcha, I went with 3 Tbsp. The only yogurt I had was thick greek style. So I also added about a cup of milk to make it more of a muffin-batter consistency. I used cupcake papers to line my tin, and filled them quite full, so they took about 25 minutes to bake.

But oh my! Sooooo good!

Thank you for my new favorite muffin recipe?

So...... in an effort to be frugal and distract myself from how much I wanted to order in sushi for dinner tonight I made this. But I didnt have olive tapenade. And I didnt have any crusty rustic bread. And I only had regular butter.

So I made this with fresh challah, smashed caper berries, and hazelnut oil. And cracked black pepper.

Not bad as a sub-in. Not bad at all.

:)

ps- I had eggs.

So I came to your blog from your okcupid profile, but now I no longer remember which profile that was. Great photography, awesome looking food, though much of it seems a little ambitious for my mediocre kitchen skills. I'm going to attempt your biscuits this weekend, though.

Oh, and I appreciate the Homestar Runner reference as well.

Cheers, Sean
